Working closely with your Nursing team to develop pathways to care  Support service users in opiate and alcohol interventions.  You will support on harm reduction interventions along with physical and mental health assessments. About you:

Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team Experience of working within substance misuse or a social care setting would be an advantage but not essential A clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services Good organisational skills Confidence to work on own initiative as well as part of the team Communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing Respond flexibly to the demands of the post
