We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Neighbourhood Worker to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a liaison between residents and our organization, ensuring that their concerns are addressed effectively while fostering a strong sense of community.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with local organisations and stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve issues related to housing, safety, and community well-being.
  • Gather feedback from residents to inform service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in community development or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of housing policies and community support services.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A full UK drivers license
