The role:

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Transformation to spearhead the comprehensive overhaul of our organizational systems, particularly focusing on the implementation of a new ERP/planning system and associated tools such as ThoughtSpot, HubSpot, and HCM. The ideal candidate will lead the entire transformation process, from inception to execution, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across all functional areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and lead the end-to-end transformation process for implementing a new ERP/planning system and associated tools, from conceptualization to operationalization.
  • Manage the Request for Proposals (RFP) process, evaluate proposals, and collaborate with stakeholders to select the most suitable vendors and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, setting clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the migration process from current systems to the new platform, mitigating risks and minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Lead the design and implementation of a new chart of accounts structure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Control and FP&A teams to gather insights, address challenges, and optimize processes during the transformation journey.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the transformation on track.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower employees with the knowledge and skills required to leverage the new systems effectively.
  • Evaluate post-implementation performance metrics and KPIs, driving ongoing enhancements and optimizations to maximize ROI.

What We Are Looking for in a Candidate:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end transformation projects, specifically in implementing new ERP/planning systems and associated tools.
  • Extensive experience with the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives, including RFP management, vendor selection, timeline setting, migration, and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in designing and optimizing chart of accounts structures to support organizational objectives and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation, efficiency, and business impact through transformative initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and controls, with the ability to work closely with Financial Control and FP&A teams to address complex challenges.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
