We're looking for a Grab Driver to join our Telecoms team based in Basingstoke.

 

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 8QE

Contract: FTC - 12 months

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Grab Driver, you'll be working within the Telecoms project team, supporting them in delivery and collection of materials, from and to various sites. Communicating with teams and Assistant Project Delivery Managers to ensure jobs completed and sites tidy.

Your day to day will include:

  • Delivery and collection of materials, from and to various sites.
  • Record all waste transfer notes
  • Driver daily checks
  • Grab Driver must be able to carry out all work in a safe, efficient, cost effective manner and have a good working relationship with his peers and others.
  • Mentor/train Grab Driver Mate where necessary

What are we looking for?

This role of Grab Driver is great for you if:

  • Driving Licence C
  • Manual Handling
  • NRSWA Operative – Unit 2 (1-6 preferable)
  • EUSR Utility SHEA Gas – or C.S.R. Card
