Description
- Conducting Lettings viewings
- Advising clients about the lettings process and buildingrapport with clients and customers
- Managingclient / customer database
- Generate newbusiness leads
- Conductingnegotiations
- General administrativetasks
- Completing the transaction betweenclient and customer
- Maintaining propertyportfolios
- Conducting inspections
Requiredexperience
- Previousexperience within Lettings is required
- Knowledge of the local area
- Strongcommunication skills written and verbal
- Articulate
- Ambitious to achievetargets
- Keen interest to excel with a propertycareer
- Full UK Driving licenceand own car is essential
