Proman UK, acting as an Employment Business, is currently recruiting Class 2 HGV / C Drivers on behalf of our client, who has an operating depot in Melton Mowbray, Leicester, LE14 3RD.

Job role: 

Class 2 Driver / Warehouse Operative

Hours of work: 

Core hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Pay rates: PAYE

STD - £16.25 (£14.50 + hol accrual)

OT (after 50hrs) - £24.38 (£21.75 + hol accrual)

Weekends - £32.51 (£29.00 + hol accrual)

Duties:

  • Delivering and collecting the furniture, driving Class 2 HGV
  • Preparing the furniture for hire
  • Loading, unloading, setting up on site – heavy lifting involved.

Successful Applicants MUST have the following:

  • Hold a valid Class 2/C Licence
  • No More than 6 points (No DD/DR/TT or IN endorsements)
  • Valid Tacho and CPC cards
  • To be physically fit and ready to do manual work
