Do you want to work for a leading global manufacturer of doors? JELD-WEN Penrith is now looking for several Production Operatives to join our friendly team

Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Immediate start: Begin your new role right away

3 shift rota: 06:00 to 14:00 – 14:00 to 22:00 – 22:00 to 06:00

Mon to Fri only

Your role: 

Operate machinery and ensure smooth production flow 

Produce high-end doors

Assembly line work

Conduct basic quality checks 

Adhere to company policies and procedures 

Provide timely and proactive support. 

What we’re looking for: 

Commitment to working safely 

Reliability and quality consciousness 

Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams 

Basic English communication skills 

Positive attitude.
