Your New Adventure

As a vital member of our Global Finance Reporting team, you'll collaborate closely with various segments of our expansive finance community. Your mission? To spearhead the transformation of our finance reporting processes, minimizing risks associated with process inefficiencies and failures. You'll lead the charge in managing and enhancing our growing portfolio of reports and dashboards, ensuring a seamless, controlled, and secure deployment environment.

Who We're Searching For

- Are you a visionary Technical Business Analyst with a knack for delivering high-standard, professional-quality reports?
- Can you master the monthly reporting cycle, driving enhancements in production and control processes?
- Do you possess the analytical prowess to convert complex reporting requirements into actionable development specifications?
- Are you familiar with Power BI, Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, Snowflake, and Azure, or eager to learn?

Your Role and Impact

- Transform business reporting requirements into crystal-clear specifications.
- Create and present proof of concept (PoC) reporting examples to showcase functionality and solidify understanding.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI-based data models and reports.
- Ensure the delivery of professional standard, low-risk, high-impact reports, adhering to best practices.
- Lead unit and user acceptance testing, documenting outcomes and maintaining logs for defects and enhancements.
- Offer troubleshooting support and error correction to guarantee operational readiness.

Skills & Experience We Value

- Stellar data analysis capabilities and a history of working with Management Information (MI).
- Proficiency in gathering reporting requirements and defining reporting mock-ups across various domains.
- Hands-on experience with Reporting Tools, especially Microsoft PowerBI.
- A track record of supporting testing efforts, including designing UAT test scripts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A problem-solver at heart, comfortable in navigating challenges and ambiguities.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for tactical implementation.
- Resilience under pressure and a positive outlook.
