We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced primary teacher to work at a lovely primary school in Barking and Dagenham until to the end of the academic year.

The Role

In this Primary Teacher role you will be taking full-time class teaching responsibility within KS2. The school are looking for a Primary Teacher with the following:

  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  • Excellent, positive classroom management
  • Team-player with effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and openness to feedback
  • Resilience and the ability to model a positive attitude

Due to this role starting mid-year, the school are looking for a Primary Teacher who has previous experience teaching in key stage 2. Strong ECTs with KS2 experience are welcome to apply.

This 2-form-entry primary school is based in Hackney and is part of a larger federation across Hackney and is a popular school within the local community. They have a diverse intake of pupils who make good progress whilst at the school. They encourage lifelong learning in a stimulating and creative environment.
