About the Opportunity 

In this pivotal role within the Decommissioning & Regeneration Business Product Transformation team, you will play a crucial part in steering our organization into the future.

Your work will involve:

Helping product managers and owners across our business units to tell the story and articulate the value of their products to our internal sales capability, and to our external clients.   Challenging product owners and managers, and helping them, identifying opportunities for innovation, and supporting the products through the E2E product development framework to deliver tangible results and direct value to our business or our clients. Helping the DD&P team share details of their success, via newsletters,social media internal websites and articles. 

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, design, and distribute monthly internal newsletters. Ensure all communications meet brand and internal/external communications policies – working with corporate comms team as needed.  Gather and edit content from team members for newsletters. Develop and execute internal marketing campaigns. Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and presentations. Manage internal social media platforms to increase visibility. Create and schedule engaging social media posts. Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other internal content. Highlight success stories, project updates, and new initiatives. Assist in organising and promoting internal events and webinars. Provide logistical support for events. Gather feedback on internal communications efforts. Track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Proficiency in drafting, editing, and designing engaging content. Creative thinking for developing innovative communication strategies.

Digital Literacy:

Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, social media management tools).

Organisational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Team Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies. Open to feedback and continuous learning.
