We’re looking for an  Asset Data Manager  to join our Asset Data team in  Camberley .

About the role and person:

  • 35 Hours per week
  • Permanent

Always motivated to achieve brilliant standards of service, our Asset Data Manager will be the operational lead for asset data quality, ensuring accurate information about our homes is collected and maintained, and that data management systems and collection methods are in place across the department. You’ll use your asset modelling skills to produce thirty-year forecasts for planned programmes of work that will ensure our homes continue to meet the government standards and legislation for quality and energy efficiency now and into the future. Using your people leadership skills, you will lead and manage a team, building a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven customer solutions.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £47,874 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

What skills/behaviours do you need to be an Asset Data Manager?

  • Previous experience in asset data modelling and cleansing in a social housing or built environment
  • Excellent data and analytical skills and experience of dealing with large data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to succinctly articulate opportunities for improvements to the stock portfolio
  • Ability to create health and constructive partnering relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard
  • Ability to balance shifting priorities to deliver customer-driven outcomes
  • Fully conversant with asset management systems, and the creation of management reporting requirements

Location

The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our  Peterborough, Bradford, Burnley, Camberley or Stockton  offices.

We’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage working from home, as long as we meet our customers’ needs.

We’ll provide you with the equipment and software you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
