We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Culligan UK Limited. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and selling our range of products and services to commercial customers.

In this role, you will identify and target potential clients, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and understand their specific needs to provide tailored solutions. You will drive sales growth by presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own pipeline, meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in a field sales capacity
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
