About The Role

Job Title  Business Analyst Apprentice | Location Stepps, Glasgow

Salary Listing: £18,000 Per Annum

As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you are adaptable, confident, and enjoy working as part of a team. You have high levels of attention to detail and would thrive on working with data, learning about new tools, and using data to drive business decisions.

Your remit would be to challenge the status quo and put forward suggestions for improvement, prioritise activities, and multitask between scalable change projects and system support.

You’re not the type to get bored or not work well in a team. This role isn’t for someone who is unmotivated or doesn't want to think for themselves.

In this role, you will excel in working with a team and have high levels of attention to detail. You'll be given the chance to challenge the status quo, work with industry professionals to gather business requirements, model business processes and work with some of the industry leading systems and applications to design, build and rollout efficient IT solutions to the business, driving some real impact and change.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work with the support of these systems and provide fast, crucial support to our customers and user bases with the opportunity to see how these tools, applications and systems are used in the field on real projects.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be adaptable, confident, and have high levels of attention to detail. This role requires an individual who is eager to learn, excited to contribute and is passionate about technology, change and building relationships.

As our next Business Analyst Apprentice, you'll be driving solutions of how technology can be used to deliver business improvements and support business acceptance to ensure the proposed solution meets defined requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring our business can meet the needs of the future through data and analytics.

The Key Requirements...

Grade C or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics (9-4 within the new grading system) You must be able to demonstrate your Right to Work in the UK, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role You must be able to start on the 2nd September 2024 You must live in a commutable distance from the office, G33 (Stepps) Ability to work on own initiative without direct supervision with a high commitment for delivery and quality
