We are looking for a ICD705 Project Manager to join our Buildings team in Molesworth. The role will require a confident individual, capable of managing technical consultants, end users, clients, and security stakeholders. As part of an integrated project team, the ICD705 Project Manager will contribute and comment on the design proposals with a specific remit to ensure compliance with the relevant security requirements including content and process of approval/acceptance. The ICD705 Project Manager will take responsibility for all security aspects of the design including procurement packages and on-site construction packages and input into the project programme. The Role requires knowledge and experience of on-site implementation of compliance with ICD705 in a UK/US military construction environment. Knowledge of other USAFE / USVF approval processes will also be required.

You’ll:

Provide guidance on implementation and compliance with ICD705 in a UK and US military construction environment.  Hold regular Security Aspect Meetings and produce action notes for the team. Maintain regular liaison with the approving authorities including (AO, GSSO, SSM, JPO and NIWC) as necessary and manage/ coordinate submissions and approvals from sub-Contractors. Use the design procedures in line with Our Way of Working (OWOW) Produce the Security Compliance section for the Client Monthly  Identify specific security project requirements, develop relevant delivery strategies, and manage project governance.

We’re looking for:

Experienced in delivering the ICD705 standard on-site compliance processes and activities within a defence establishment. Experience of working within project-based design management. Experience of working on secure military sites. Experience of managing the challenges associated with multi-disciplinary teams.  Understanding of BIM in design and construction phases. Knowledge of up-to-date Building Regulations, Planning, JSP, ASF, ICD705 etc. requirements DREAM awareness
