Role Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Manager to lead our Automation and Cloud team. The team comprises talented professionals, including developers, analysts, engineers, and architects, specializing in automation and cloud technologies. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving the team's success in the domains of automation and cloud, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of projects, and fostering collaboration and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a profound passion for automation and cloud technologies. They will be driven by a desire to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and leverage the power of the cloud to drive business growth.

Key Accountabilities and Duties:

Provide strong leadership to the Automation and Cloud team, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and strategy.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, including workload distribution, resource allocation, and task prioritization.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for individual and team development.

Work closely with stakeholders to define the automation strategy, roadmap, and goals for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Lead the team in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent automation solutions, including process mining and task mining, to drive operational efficiency and improve business processes.

Take ownership of the Cloud Competency Center, responsible for defining and implementing the organization's cloud strategy, governance, and standards.

Collaborate with business partners to understand their cloud requirements and provide expert guidance on cloud adoption and optimization.

Lead the team in evaluating, selecting, and implementing cloud technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT infrastructure, IT security, operations, and business units, to identify automation and cloud opportunities, prioritize projects, and drive successful implementations.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their needs, communicate progress, and address any concerns or issues.

Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on automation and cloud-related matters, providing recommendations and guidance to support business decision-making.

Qualifications/Skills:

Proven experience in managing teams of developers, analysts, engineers, and architects in the domains of automation and cloud.

Strong knowledge of automation technologies, including RPA, process mining, and task mining.

Deep understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience in cloud strategy, governance, and migration.

Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery within allocated timelines and budgets.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
