Onze klant heeft 25 jaar ervaring als vastgoedontwikkelaar en gaat op zoek naar een Senior Accountant . Als Senior Accountant ben jij samen met je team de sleutel van het bedrijf. De firma kenmerkt zich door een transparante bedrijfscultuur waar ondernemerschap en teamwork centraal staan. Samen met je collega’s op de financiën afdeling zal dagdagelijks instaan voor een correcte verwerking van de boekhouding.

Takenpakket

Verantwoordelijk voor maandelijkse afsluiting en de fiscale aangiftes Opmaken van financiële rapportage voor investeerders Administratieve ondersteuning bij consolidatie, jaarlijkse audits , etc. Opvolgen van verkoopfacturen, betalingen en verhuurprojecten Nauwe samenwerking met de CFO in functie van de cijfers en de resultaten

Profiel

Bachelor diploma in Accountancy met minstens 5 jaar ervaring Goede kennis van BEGAAP en een solide fiscale kennis op vlak van vennootschapsbelasting en BTW Ervaring met ERP-systemen , diverse boekhoudpakketten en MS Office
