Onsite Clinical Pharmacist IP

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinically focused, highly motivated independent prescribing pharmacist who wish to expand their experience by working on-site within a General Practice at Maryport, Cumbria.

Previous primary care experience is essential alongside experience with EMIS or System 1 (Training is provided). Desirable to have completed the CPPE pathway or already be on CPPE Pathway or willing to partake.

Support attainment of IFF indicators/DES Structured Medication reviews Resolve medication-related issues Helping to utilise skill mix Improve patient outcomes Ensure better access to healthcare Support practice staff with prescription and medication queries Medicines reconciliation Provide expertise in clinical medicines advice Providing clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement

What we require -
