Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with varying needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development activities.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students in your care.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
