We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for our service users. Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will maintain high cleanliness standards, assist in various housekeeping tasks, and support service users in maintaining their personal spaces.

You will work flexible hours, including a rota system, and help new staff learn housekeeping procedures. Participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and health and safety training, including COSHH regulations, is required. Ensuring all tasks meet CrossReach’s standards is essential.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer literacy, respect for Christian worship, and be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme with necessary vetting checks. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.
