Senior Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Senior Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Banbury site.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability on e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon. Account Management: Manage day-to-day operations of key accounts, including inventory management, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and content optimisation. SEO Expertise: Utilise SEO strategies to improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and organic search performance on e-commerce platforms. PPC Campaigns: Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth on marketplaces like Amazon. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and brand, to develop and execute integrated strategies that align with overall business objectives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation. Reporting: Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on account performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact e-commerce operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a proven track record of success in managing accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon. E-commerce Expertise: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends. SEO & PPC Skills: Expertise in SEO strategies and PPC advertising, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and ROI. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Results-driven: Strong drive for achievement and continuous improvement.
