The school is looking for a compassionateSEN Teaching Assistant to provide oneonone and group support tostudents with learning difficulties. Working closely with teachersand the SENCo you will help to implement individual learning plansassisting students to overcome barriers to learning and reach theirfullpotential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provideoneonone support to students with learning difficulties helpingthem engage with the curriculum.
  • Assist increating a positive and inclusive classroomenvironment.
  • Work alongside class teachers andthe SENCo to implement tailored learningplans.
  • Support students with a range oflearning needs adapting your approach to meet individualrequirements.
  • Help monitor progress and providefeedback to the SENCo and teachingstaff.

Experience andQualifications:

  • Previousexperience working with children with SENpreferred.
  • Strong communication and teamworkskills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach toworking with children.
  • A clear DBScheck.
  • Legal right to work in theUK.
