Trainee Lifting Engineer | Based near to Little Packington | Salary up to £32K - Ready to lift your career?   • Up to £32k DOE + Overtime
  • 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Friday working hours  
  • Overtime OR Time in Lieu. 

Duties as the Trainee Lifting Engineer:

  • You will be required to carry out all repairs and inspections and examinations on a range of lifting gear including shackles, winches, hoists, and gantries, within a workshop environment. 
  • There may also be times when you will be required to attend a customer site breakdown.
  • You will be the customer's point of contact by email and phone for technical support.
  • Complete scheduled repair works both minor and major.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times to represent the company.

The newly appointed Trainee Lifting Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

To be successful in this role you will have a mechanical background and previous experience working as a Mechanic, Engineer, Fitter, Technician, Lifting Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Forklift Mechanic, Forklift Engineer, Plant Fitter, Access Engineer or Plant Engineer and have experience in repairing and inspecting a range mechanical equipment.
