WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOKLIKE?

• You will consistently deliveran experience aligned with our experiential retail pillars -Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration& Innovative
• Having full knowledge ofour products and in-store services creating a memorable andengaging experience for our customers leading a centre ofinnovation and experimentation
• Greeting& assisting customers, providing advice and guidance onstyling with a kind and empathetic approach and making genuineconnections with them
• Deliver a world classexperience like no other, continuously breaking boundaries toalways strive for that next step ahead of the curve
• Being a team player and contributing to the success ofthe store ensuring you live by our core values andmission
• Build brand loyalty by promoting ourCRM scheme and engaging with your local community
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of materials, styles,and product benefits and have a self led learningmindset
