The Role

Creating monthly and quarterly marketing material working closely with the marketing agency, that will be distributed to and used by the Sales team. Tracking performance of promotional campaigns and feeding back to key stakeholders within the business. Interpreting the emerging data to identify parts sales growth opportunities at National and Retailer levels. Your output will be the basis for feeding internal and external sales teams the pertinent business opportunities to grow OEM parts sales. Developing annual and quarterly incentive and marketing plans.

The successful candidate will need to be based in a commutable distance to Farnborough.

Additionally, the Marketing & Insight Data Analyst will:

Identification & collation of key data from both internal & external sources Analysis of data, identifying key opportunities for OEM parts sales growth at both National & Dealer levels. Collect & use Analysis of data, identifying key opportunities for OEM parts sales growth at both National & Dealer levels market intelligence & analysis to assist formulation of current & future parts sales strategy Management & administration of programme parts pricing and associated rebate mechanisms Direct communications link between UK Programme Manager & senior client management. Ensure timely & accurate reporting as per programme requirements. Create different mediums of OEM marketing for the IAM Create annual marketing plan based on proposed campaigns (events, conferences, incentives, bonus schemes) Create monthly & quarterly sales campaigns & templates for email campaigns Generate business case for proposed campaigns based on solid ROI. Track campaign effectiveness through sales trends. Conduct additional tactical campaigns based on findings from analyses such as competitor analysis (vs. OES).

About you

To be successful in this role the Marketing & Data Insight Analyst will have:

Experience within branding marketing or related experience in marketing strategy, marketing planning and online marketing. Experience within OEM / OES parts sales operations and have a very good understanding of the Trade Parts market (advantage) Proven track record of working in a fast moving, client focussed environment Good knowledge of analytical / visualisation software i.e. Tableau Expert knowledge of business composite data, ability to analyse and identify issues Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Ability to seek out sales opportunities from large data sets. Can demonstrate a high degree of being able to work on own initiative and motivation Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality Strong business acumen and customer focus Self-starter approach to work Able to work under pressure Personable, engaging, positive and able to interact with stakeholders at Senior level
