Job summary

This is a new and exciting rolethat would suit an individual with a passion for data and systems who possessesexcellent communication, interpersonal skills and has an eye for detail.You will be involved in supporting the ESR & WorkforceInformation team on a day to day basis, in relation to Workforce Data,Establishment, and all Electronic Staff Records (ESR) functions as necessary.You should be educated to NVQ Level 3 orequivalent experience in a relevant subject and be able to demonstrate a goodunderstanding and importance of confidentiality and data protection.A self-motivated team player, you should beapproachable, enthusiastic, determined and energetic with a flexible workingapproach. You will be organised with having the ability to deal withconflicting deadlines in a sometimes-pressured environment. You will maintain aprofessional, customer focused manner at all times.This role is a permanent contract working hours per week.

Main duties of the job

To update staff records within the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system including changes to employment such as increase/reduction in hours, changes to job analysis using reports extracted from the ESR system to improve quality of staff data held by the Trust.
