We are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager tojoin their fantastic tax team in an exciting and progressiveposition. This role will provide tax compliance and advisoryservices to a wide range of clients. The primary responsibilitywill be to deal with all matters relating to the management of aportfolio of clients. You will also provide advisory services toyour clients. The team deals with a wide range ofbusiness tax work including business reconstructions and demergersgeneral corporate tax advisory support capitalallowances EIS and SEIS R&D andshare options. There will be an opportunity to get involved in avariety of areas and the business will provide support and trainingto develop your knowledge and skills in more technical areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseetax compliance services and provide advisory services to a widerange ofclients.
  • Opportunityto support in niche advisory areas based on experience/aspirations.
  • Managea substantial portfolio of interesting clients.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and within thebusiness.
  • Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues.
  • Support train mentor and advise others.
  • Challenge current practice drive improvements and champion change.
  • Lead on complexprojects


Requirements
  • CTAand/or ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Extensiveaccountancy practiceexperience
  • Anin depth up to date knowledge of taxation with the ability to dealwith complex tax issues
  • Project and staff management experience
  • Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio
  • Demonstrable post qualifiedexperience
