JobDescription:

  • Deployfunctional wired/wireless campus networks (LAN WLANWAN).
  • Monitor network performance andintegrity to determine if improvements need to be made.
  • Resolve issues escalated from helpdesk by troubleshootingcloud and local infrastructure.
  • Work withthird party vendors to keep the network runningefficiently.
  • Communicate with network users toresolve network issues.
  • Maintain completetechnical documentation.
  • Perform analysis andcollect data to establish the potential for improvements within theclient network.
