We have recently been working closely with the World Bank to build resilience through improved emergency and disaster preparedness and response institutions, assets, and systems across the globe.

About you

We are looking to expand our pool of EP&R experts with extensive experience in the humanitarian field who meet the following requirements.

Individual skilled in undertaking comprehensive diagnostics of emergency preparedness and response (EP&R) systems. 5+ years' experience in providing technical and/or investment planning recommendations for developing and strengthening existing emergency response institutions, frameworks, and assets. Excellent skills in the assessment, monitoring and analysis of data ideally relating to EP&R systems. Experience in preparing for and organising technical mission/workshops with relevant stakeholders. Demonstrated capacity to write technical reports and investment plans ideally related to EP&R Strong international knowledge, including connections with global NGOs, CSOs and Government officials. Experience working under World Bank contacts or similar large donors. Well-developed written and oral communication skills in English. Multi linguists preferred. Ability to travel globally/ deploy on a short-term notice, as necessary.
