: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Management System (QMS) Administrator to join our team. The QMS Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 9001 standards, and other regulatory requirements.Key Tasks Include:
Reporting accidents and near misses to the Health & Safety Manager promptly Performing Quality Assurance (QA) activities in line with company procedures and client instructions Maintaining documentation within the quality management system Facilitating timely review of Standard Operating Procedures Recording details of quality incidents and reporting corrective actions Participating in client and regulatory audits Documenting and escalating client complaints Maintaining calibration records and system Performing validation activities as instructed Providing administrative support to change control processes Producing client quality KPI metrics Archiving paperwork such as technical agreements and calibration certificates
What your background should look like
Requirements:
Knowledge of GDP, GMP, ISO 9001, and quality management systems Experience in QA activities within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBenefits:
