Internal Sales Executive

How the role will make an impact:
To proactively drive key sales quotations, expanding the opportunity and proactively driving a high level of conversion. Creating and tracking the standard product quotations proactively whilst engaging with customers to create highly effective relationships.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Create, own and drive a pipeline of specific quotations generated by you and the team to create and maximum order conversion.
- Follow up higher value quotations within 24 hours of issue.
- Methodically and systematically categorise those to be included in the follow up pipeline.
- Expand on the initial information using the enquiry information where appropriate.
- Engage with internal and external influencers to maximise the quote conversion probability.
- Extend beyond the quote where required to identify other tenders and main contractor decision makers as required to maximise conversion.
- Have a systematic and methodical approach in the managing, prioritising and tracking of the quote opportunities.
Key Skills:
- The ability to have a proactive and tenacious sales acumen to fully investigate, track and convert a defined schedule of key quotations.
- Effective and proactive relationship management skills to engage with standard product customers including merchants to drive a high level of sales conversion
- Passionate about winning the order.
- High investigative skills.
- Comfortable with overcoming objections.
- Skilled in finding multiple routes to the source of information.
