We are looking for a Design Coordinator to join our client based in Hull, who are a key player in Modular and Office with over 40 years experience. This role will mainly be document control and supporting of the design team.

What will the Junior Design Coordinator be doing?

  • Document control including daily reviews and upkeep of all incoming & outgoing drawing registers and folders
  • Monitor all drawings received from Consultants and Contractors to ensure hey are following the HCL drawing numbering protocols
  • Management of Standard Building Regulation documentation
  • Support with formulation of project specific drawings
  • Occasionally designing and reviewing design

What we are looking for in the Junior Design Coordinator?

  • AutoCAD 2D experience – essential
  • AutoCAD 3D experience – desirable
  • IT experience including Word, excel and outlook – essential
  • Experience of modular construction – desired
  • Experience in construction – essential
