Provide high quality customer service at alltimes

Check the guests in / out takepayments

Manage telephones emails andreservations in a prompt and professional manner

Ensure that all correspondence are recorded and filedaccurately

Ensure that all bookings areguaranteed and no show charges / late cancellation charges areapplied where appropriate

Reviewing guestspecial requests and ensure that they are met or exceeded

Handle problems that arise in an effective professionalmanner

Person Specification Essential

Experience of managing customer relations face to face andvia phone
