Abouttherole

As a Senior TalentPartner at LendInvest you will play a crucial role in shaping thefuture of our teams in London and Glasgow. This 12month contractoffers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world ofrecruitment within the fintech industry. Your work will directlycontribute to our mission by ensuring we attract develop and retainthe best talent.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Leading thehiring processfrom start to finish including getting HiringCommittee headcount approvals to making offers and closingcandidates.

  • Working closelywith and supporting hiring managers and key stakeholders todetermine the ideal candidateprofiles.

  • Assisting hiringmanagers with writing accurate job descriptions that align with thevalues of thebusiness.

  • Taking fullresponsibility of screening and interviewingcandidates.

  • Providing timelyfeedback to candidates and managing the overall candidateexperience.

  • Employerbranding: Represent LendInvest in the talent market. Engage withpotential candidates through various channels and events promotingour culture andopportunities.

  • Utilise datato inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to variousstakeholders.

  • Working withexisting processes that promote diversity and inclusion and supportcontinuous improvements with this and make further suggestionswhere necessary.

  • Supportingand collaborating with the wider People team on People opsrelatedmatters.

Aboutyou

  • Youwill have extensive inhouse recruitment experience in mortgages orfinancial services industrieshiring across commercial operationsand technical areas of thebusiness

  • Ideally you willhave broader HR experienceandbeCIPDqualified

  • You willhave exceptional communication and interpersonal skills andbecomfortable business partnering with stakeholders at all levels ofthe business

  • You will be anenthusiastic organised and proactive selfstarter that can use theirinitiative

  • You will be ableto manage your time effectively and be able to prioritise workloadper business needs

  • You willhave experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (we useTeamtailor)

  • You will bewilling to learn and develop your knowledge across the areas youare not familiarwith
