A renowned educational establishment is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Hairdressing Lecturer to cover on an ongoing basis. Access to state-of-the-art facilities, modern classrooms, and a supportive environment for both students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Hairdressing VTCT (level 3).
• Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Travel and Tourism.

Requirements:

• A level 2 in Hairdressinf and relevant industry or education experience.

• Prior teaching or training experience is desirable.

• A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential - Experience will also be considered.

• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
