TheRole

As an Assistant DomiciliaryCare Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery ofexceptional care services. Your primary responsibility will be toassist the Domiciliary Care Manager in the efficient operation ofhome care services ensuring compliance with regulations andenhancing the quality of life forclients.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Assist in managing and supervising the daytodayoperations of domiciliary care services including client visits andspot checks.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessmentsto ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of care plansadapting to clients changing needs.
  • Assist inthe recruitment training and development of care staff promoting aculture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutoryrequirements maintaining uptodate knowledge of legislation and bestpractices.
  • Utilise the CareFree System forefficient management of Rotas schedules documentation and reportingensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act asa point of contact for clients families and healthcareprofessionals building strong relationships and promoting thevalues of our clients.
  • Support the DomiciliaryCare Manager in strategic planning and service developmentinitiatives.

Qualificationsand Skills

  • Level 5Qualification in Health and Social Care Management orequivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisoryor management role within the Health Care sector preferably indomiciliary care.
  • Proficiency in using theCareFree System is highly desirable.
  • Strongunderstanding of care standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive riskassessments and implement effective solutions.
  • A passion for providing highquality care and making apositive difference in the lives ofothers.
