WHAT TO EXPECT 

The Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) Process Leader is a front-line leader within the Battery Operations team, managing Team Leaders and Associates within the manufacturing area under their direct control. You will oversee the fostering teamwork, driving continuous improvement and will be a role model for our creators code values. 


Alongside leading their own teams, they will work cross functionally with other departments and will oversee the improving of the Safety, Quality Delivery, Cost, People and Environment (SQDCPE) metrics within their area. 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Achieving and driving the improvement of SQDCPE metrics within the manufacturing area under their direct control Supervise, lead and coach Team Leaders in continuous improvement and achieving their SQDCPE metrics Drive constraint management and ensure bottlenecks are identified and improved upon Ensuring continuous improvement within the area of responsibility and assisting the associates in continuous improvement events and activities Reporting on shift performance and SQDCPE metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Lead and coach Team Leaders to ensure that they and the facility are production ready to meet Launch Milestones Ensure that their area operates to the Integrated Production System (IPS) principles and standards, using the latest Quality Operating System (QOS) techniques Ensuring the Safety Operating Systems (SOS)are met during all stages of Launch, Rate of climb and steady state production Support employee attendance initiatives and manage absence control activities such as counselling, capability and disciplinary procedures Implement Company Policy on pay and benefits including administration tasks
