We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to lead our bar operations. As the Bar Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of
the bar, from daily operations to team management and beverage curation. You
will be responsible for delivering a top-tier service that aligns with the hotel’s
standards, ensuring that every guest enjoys a first-class experience. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in bar management, a passion for
mixology, and excellent leadership skills.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring efficient and
    high-quality service.
  • Curate and manage a premium beverage menu, including signature
    cocktails, fine wines, and spirits.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of bar staff, fostering a
    professional and positive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, manage supplier relationships, and
    ensure the bar is always stocked.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing
    laws, and company policies.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards, providing
    personalised and attentive service to the guests.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions.
  • Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
    growth and profitability.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally and
    efficiently.


Bar Manager Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer service skills, including being
    knowledgeable about products to assist guests best
  • Enjoy working with others and be able to
    cooperate as part of a team
  • Active listening skills and a good memory for
    remembering different orders from different guests
  • Calm demeanour to deal with demanding guests
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to carry out basic order processing and
    payment tasks on a till or a handheld device
  • The ability to work well in a high-pressure
    environment
  • Ability to multitask and remain organised during
    a busy period
