Responsibilities of a Year 3Teacher:
- As a Year 3Teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of childrentaking their first steps in Key stage 2 promoting teamwork andcultivating a conducive learningenvironment.
- Teaching the Key stage 2curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on eachindividual childs learning targets encouraging their strengths andimproving their weaknesses
- Help childrendevelop their writing ability by creating plots characters andsettings for stories.
- Keeping track ofchildrens progress and occasionally reporting back toparents
