Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd are seeking a dedicated individual to join our HR team, delivering customer-focused advisory and operational services throughout the entire employee lifecycle, in line with our company HR policies.

What You’ll Do:

•Manage Complex HR Cases: Successfully handle high-volume HR casework.

•Provide Expert Advice: Offer clear, accurate generalist advice to colleagues at all levels within the organisation.

•Drive Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement HR initiatives (including newly implemented HR System) that enhance our processes and realise efficiencies.

•Influence Positive Outcomes: Develop successful outcomes and maintain effective employee engagement.

•Support Change and Development: Assist HR leadership and line management in driving people-related changes and development across the business.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

•Experienced HR Professional: Proven history in an HR Advisor role or similar.

•Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects.

•Excellent Time Management: Effectively prioritise a busy workload and manage expectations.

•Qualified and Knowledgeable: CIPD part-qualified or equivalent, with a solid understanding of employment law at a generalist, operational level.
