We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Townsend Veterinary Practice.

Location: Working across our Bromsgrove and Rubery branches

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 21 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Wednesday – Saturday

The exact shift pattern will be:

Wednesday: 08.30 – 18.00 at the Rubery branch

Thursday: 13.30 – 18.00 at the Rubery branch

Friday: 16.00 – 19.00 at the Bromsgrove branch

Saturday: 09.00 – 14.00 at the Bromsgrove branch

About the role: 

Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist:

Previous Receptionist experience is essential , veterinary experience is a plus The ability and flexibility to travel to both branches Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations An excellent communicator with strong empathy Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
