We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to contribute to join our team and continue our commitment to delivering exceptional products and services.


What you'll be doing


  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute quality control procedures to monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct product inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Collect and analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, including conducting supplier audits and evaluations.
  • Identify and assess quality risks associated with products, processes, and systems, and develop risk mitigation strategies.



What we're looking for


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a quality engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC).
  • Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the industry (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA regulations).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.
