My client a well established company in thesteel fabrication industry is currently recruiting for a QualityManager in the Kempton Park area

QualityManager would contribute to the purpose of the businessby:

Planning controlling and managing theQuality people processes and systems.

Coordinating the quality team so as to integrateseamlessly with other departments.

Responsiblefor Client satisfaction

Achieving: On Time InFull Always Safely

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 years at Artisan Level
  • 5 Years as QC inspector
  • 2Years Safety Officer
  • 5 Years as SHEQ Manager
  • Experience in implementation of ISO&ISO 45001
  • Experience in implementation of EN3834.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience as aquality manager in a midsize business
  • Excellentpeople management skills
  • Ability to coach teammembers inhouse and infield
  • In depthunderstanding of managing and motivating ateam
  • Excellent understanding of productionprocesses
  • Excellent understanding of keymeasurement and metrics which drive OTIFAS.
  • Ability to analyze production and makeimprovements
  • Very good computer literacy inMicrosoft Office (Work Excel PowerPoint Outlook Internet Browser)and STRUMIS
  • Strong track record of managingsuccessful productionteams
  • Training/Development/Coaching Actively& successfully trains people. Coaches & developsfor promotion into positions where they succeed. Peoplebuilder.
