Job description

GSL Education is currently looking to register QTS Primary Teachers in Totton and surrounding areas to help support a wide range of primary, infant, and junior settings. Due to the increased need for flexible cover teachers , we are recruiting teachers who are seeking regular work on a short, medium, and long-term term basis.

 

This can range from pre-planned daily supply, weekly roles or longer cover requirements. Teachers of all specialisms are welcome to apply for this post.

All subject areas required - Early Years/Reception, KS1, KS2, Primary SEN

 

• Location – Totton and surrounding areas

• Position – Supply/Cover Teacher

• Position start date – ASAP

• Duration – flexible to suit your requirements

• Full-time/part-time

• Rate of pay – £140-£200

• Hours – 8:30 am – pm

 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Resilience and patience
  • Teaching Certification  (QTS/PGCE)
  • In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
  • Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans

  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
