LeadsCommercial activity for the delivery of existing business and/ornew business requirements within cross functional teams. May lead afunctional team or contribute as a sole senior Commercial expert indevising and delivering commercial strategy. The role requires theability to understand complex data and technical requirements andtranslate that understanding into creating and deliveringcompelling Commercial business winning and deliverystrategies.

YourRole:

  • Lead commercialactivities for existing and new businessrequirements.
  • Develop and deliver innovativecommercial solutions for proposals and customerneeds.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and managenon-routine issues.
  • Identify and managecontract changes to maximize opportunities and minimizerisks.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teamsto drive programme and bid financialperformance.
  • Create business cases and briefingmaterials for senior managementreviews.

What YouBring:

  • Experiencenegotiating commercial agreements in Defence, Cyber, Training, orAerospace.
  • Relevant business degree orequivalent experience.
  • Excellent communicationskills and a flexible, positiveattitude.
  • Strong knowledge of import/exportlegislation, especially ITAR.
  • Experience inprogramme financial management and risk/opportunityassessment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilitiesand performance-driven mindset.
  • Experience inCustomer/Subcontractor RelationshipManagement.
  • Eligibility for or current SCsecurity clearance (sponsorshipavailable).

Desirable:

  • Experiencewith diverse government customers and internationalsuppliers.
  • Knowledge of Teaming Agreements andframework negotiations.
  • Leadership experiencein multi-functional teams, including coaching andmentoring.
