Overview

Lean Wellness is a premier health and wellness facility dedicated to providing top-notch fitness services to our clients. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Personal Trainers to join our team and help us deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

As a Self-Employed Personal Trainer at Lean Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and build your client base. In addition to personal training, you will have the chance to lead group PT sessions, earning between £25 and £35 per hour, depending on your experience

Responsibilities

Provide personalised training programs tailored to clients' fitness goals and needs. Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored exercise plans. Offer motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness objectives. Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Lead group personal training sessions with a focus on safety and effective workout techniques. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer qualification (REPs Level 3 or equivalent). Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, with a strong client base preferred. Minimum 18 months in-gym experience as a PT, Group Exercise Instructor, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. First Aid certification is a plus.
