Sales Ledger Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Accountant who enjoys a challenge to assist with a project to move all of our Bundle Deal contract invoices onto a new system, by cleansing the data in preparation for the transfer.

This is a fixed term – for at least 6 months with the possibility of being extended, full-time position of 37.5hrs per week, working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculating and issuing invoices on a weekly and monthly basis for Product dialysis charges and specialist accounts (Therapy Day Invoices). Helping the Senior Accountant to set up templates to aid with the raising of Therapy Day invoices, which will then aid with the project to set up of contracts for Bundle Deal Contracts in SAP to align with Corporate was of raising Therapy Day invoices. Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner on the Therapy Day Invoice Accounts. Ensure good record keeping satisfactory to audit & legal requirement. Processing of credit adjustments where necessary. Liaising with Shared Service Centre where necessary.

About You, you will:

Proven experience as a Sales Ledger Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Be project driven and enjoy working in a challenging environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
