venues. To help our IT team manage new implementations and updates, we are now
looking for an Business Change Manager to join our team, someone with strong
governance experience.



What you’ll be doing…



The Business Change Manager will
be responsible for leading and managing the change initiatives that impact
business processes, systems, and technologies within the organisation. The role
involves developing and implementing change management strategies and plans
that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance. The
Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation
of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.



Your key responsibilities



Your role will be varied from
day to day, dependant on our current business activities but your key
responsibilities will include.




  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to
    ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key
    stakeholders.
  • Engage with and support senior leaders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and
    gather feedback.
  • Design and deliver effective communication plans to keep all
    stakeholders informed.
  • Create and distribute communications materials such as emails,
    newsletters, and presentations.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to ensure
    employees are equipped to handle changes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and materials.
  • Identify potential resistance and develop plans to mitigate it.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help
    them through the change process.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as
    needed.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management
    activities.
  • Work closely with project teams to integrate change management
    activities into project plans.
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment and integration
    of change efforts.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improving change management
    processes.
  • Gather and analyse feedback to improve future change initiatives.


The role is based in our
Wakefield head office where you will be needed a minimum 3 days per week, so
you must be based within a commutable distance from Wakefield.



Your Qualifications and knowledge




  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management or change
    related roles.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of facilitating / managing change in complex
    organisations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles,
    methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple
    priorities.


Ideally you will come from a
Retail/Hospitality or leisure background
