So what's the role all about?

As our next Shift Maintenance Technician at the Avonmouth bakery, you’ll be fundamental in carrying out electrical and mechanical fault-find and repair on factory equipment within a high-pressure environment. Your remit will be to conduct essential machine maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the factory and limit downtime.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be resilient and adaptable. Working with a team of skilled technicians, you’ll be responsible for conducting planned and reactive maintenance on the fast-paced production machinery.

In this role, you will fix a range of different problems. This is about being part of a strong culture, with a real sense of togetherness.

The Key Requirements... 

Qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering 

Minimum 3 years experience working in engineering within a factory environment 

Use initiative when solving machinery issues
