This fantastic primary school is searchingfor an outstanding KS2 teacher who can start in September 2024.This is a significant position within the school and the successfulapplicant will join the schools extended leadership team. Strongcommunication and analytical abilities as well as the ability toteach a funloving Year 3 class beginning in September are requiredfor this position. Only exceptional experienced KS2 teachers willbe interviewed for this permanent fulltimeposition.

Responsibilities of a KS2teacher:

• As a KS2teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of thechildren promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learningenvironment.
• Teaching the Key stage 2curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on eachindividual childs learning targets encouraging their strengths andimproving their weaknesses
• Further developingmaths ability and introducing fractions statistics andgeometry
• Keeping track of childrens progressand occasionally reporting back toparents

Requirements

• Qualifiedteacher status (QTS)
• Experience teachingprimary school students ideally in KS2
• A strongunderstanding of the National Curriculum and assessmentframeworks
• Excellent communication andorganisational skills and the ability to work effectively in ateam
• A passion for teaching and learning with acommitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment
