12AB Lead Traffic Management Operative

FM Conway is looking for a 12AB Lead Traffic Management Operative - Nights  to join us based from our Chelsfield depot on a full time, permanent basis working nights. As our 12AB Lead Traffic Management Operative you willinstall, maintain and de-install traffic management on high-speed roads. By joining FM Conway you will be entitled to a wide range of benefits, a competitive salary and a weekend uplift of £10 per shift. Opportunities for over time will be regularly available at an industry leading rate.

The duties of the 12AB Lead Traffic Management Operative - Nights role will include:

-Leading a crew ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities

-Ensuring works are carried our safely, adhering to our PPE policy, risk assessing jobs correctly and following site-specific drawings 

 -Accountable for health and safety and making sure your team deal with any issues that could arise during daily operations

- Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance, removals, incidents, accidents, and any client documentation.

-Upskilling TTMBC’s and 12AB Operatives to the next level of their progression within traffic management

What skills and experience do you need?

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience installing, maintaining and deinstalling traffic management on high-speed roads as well as Traffic Management Operative experience. You will have strong leadership skills and will hold TTMBC, a 12AB Lantra ticket and a full UK clean driving licence.
